20 years of Health & Beauty experience 

After managing the Health & Beauty Finance department of Procter & Gamble Mrs Schirmer was responsible for global M&A at Benckiser, acquiring Beauty companies in America, Asia, Australia and Europe. As Managing Director she turned around Benckiser's COTY subsidiary in the UK. At Johnson & Johnson ° Merck she led the German OTC-business as CEO and was responsible for various categories on a European level.

Recently, Mrs Schirmer took on functions as Chairman of the Board, CEO and Supervisory Board member in the private equity sector, acquiring, managing and consulting companies in the Health & Beauty, FMCG, Electronical, Engineering, Environmental, IT, Metal, Nutritional Supplements and Power Supply Industry. She also coached executives and  led workshops globally, i.e. for Management Circle AG and numerous companies.
